Vetromeccanica hoping to establish lasting relations with Russian partners
Vetromeccanica, an Italian company that will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022, has established itself as an acclaimed supplier of glass industry equipment. Vetromeccanica offers everything necesary for cold-end glass production lines. The company specializes in conveyors, palletizers and lines for glass bottle manufacturers. It will present projects implemented in Europe and the United States in 2021 at the Mir Stekla exhibition.
The company is based in Neviano deli Arduini in the Parma province known for it gastronomy and packing technologies. Vetromeccanica has always sought to help its partners, manufacturers of glass containers, supply end products to their clients in the food industry.
The engineering and technical division of Vetromeccanica presents the best solutions with due account of the specific needs of a particular production line (type of accumulation, type of levelling off, production speed, criticality of handled containers, production optimization) by choosing the best production systems. The main competitive edge of the automated systems from Vetromeccanica is the full control exercised at every production stage and the possibility of real-time adjustments and improvements. For greater customer satisfaction, the company equips its packing lines with a remote assistance module and an operator panel with a color sensor display and energy saving technologies.
This year was unexpectedly productive for Vetromeccanica and proved that the company remains a reliable partner of its clients amid the pandemic. Vetromeccanica presents product of 2021, a project modernizing electrical equipment and maintenance of two palletizers built in 1998. Vetromeccanica provides new electrical panels, new software and an equipment conformity certificate. The new cold-end line has been delivered and installed and has begun to produce bottles.
There is yet another important project accomplished and delivered to the client: Vetromeccanica designs, manufactures and installs cold-end lines with relevant accessories and palletizing and shuttle systems. This is a new cold-end line for a new furnace, including a control line, a decorating zone and palletizing systems. Vetromeccanica is planning other projects for the end of 2021 – the beginning of 2022.
“We observe a high demand for new machines and overhaul of the existent equipment in the palletizing segment. The demand has not reduced over the coronavirus pandemic. Vetromeccanica has such major clients as the German company Ardagh Group, the French company Verallia, the Chilean company Cristal Chile, and the Russain enterprises Krasnoye Ekho and Glass Decor.
As it plans to take part in the Mir Stekla exhibition, the company aims to find new clients in the Russian market and to bolster business relations with long-standing partners.
