Mir Stekla’2010The 12th International Exhibition for Glass Products,
Manufacturing, Processing and Finishing Technology
Mir Stekla’2010 - the largest International Exhibition for the glass industry in Russia and Eastern Europe – will take place in Pavilions No.1 and Forum of the Expocentre Fairgrounds from 7 to 10 June, 2010.
The Project arranged by Expocentre and the Russian Union of Architects with the support from GIMAV (Italy) and VDMA (Germany) Associations is held under the auspices of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Moscow City Government.
The participation of a great number of foreign manufacturers (over 120 companies) testifies a high international level of the Event. Due to it the Exhibition is awarded with the labels of the international exhibition community - the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).
The latest glass manufacturing and processing technologies, modern machinery, equipment and tooling are the core of the Mir Stekla Exhibition, which gives a comprehensive idea of the modern glass production development prospects.
Art and decorative glass, stained-glass windows, control-measuring equipment and software support as well as research developments will be brought to specialists’ attention.
The total exhibition space amounts to 19 000 sq. meters.
The Show attendance by a large number of the glass industry specialists from all Russian regions will help exponents to increase commercial efficiency of participation. High-quality service and well-developed infrastructure of the best Russian exhibition complex, Expocentre will promote successful working during the Exhibition.
260 enterprises and companies from 24 countries such as Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Moldova, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine,and the USAtake part in Mir Stekla’2010. 15% of companies will participate in the Exhibition for the first time.
Well-known foreign companies including Bottero, Bohle, Emhart Glass, Pilkington, Sisecam, Dekor Glass and North Glass will demonstrate their products, high technologies and recent developments.
This year Germany, Italy and China will exhibit their national and joint expositions.
The Mir Stekla’2010 programme of business related events will be focused on practical recommendations which will help companies to devise an effective sales system, to develop an Internet correct advertizing campaign of their enterprises and to explore the Russian glass market development trends and prospects.
Companies make good use of holding presentations within the bounds of the Exhibition. The glass manufacturing and processing innovative technologies developed by not only Russian leading companies but foreign ones as well will be demonstrated in the presentation zone.
